TSPhq privacy policy
Last updated: November 2026
TSPhq is the staff app of The Styling Project. Only people invited by a company administrator can sign in; there is no public sign-up. Sydney Website Systems builds and looks after the app for The Styling Project.
What TSPhq keeps
- Your account and profile: your name, email address and role; your job title, staff type and pay rate, which administrators set; and, if added, your phone number, date of birth, home address, photo and an emergency contact (their name, phone number and relationship to you).
- Jobs: property addresses and details, and the names, phone numbers and email addresses of agents and vendors, as staff type them in.
- What you add: photos and files on jobs, messages and their attachments, agendas, to-dos and comments.
- Your notifications and your notification settings.
- If you turn on notifications: a code that lets TSPhq send alerts to your browser or iPhone (on iPhone, an Apple device token), and the type of browser or phone.
- Which part of the app you have open, when you were last active, and which posts, messages and alerts you have read.
- A record of changes: who changed what, and when.
How it is collected
Everything above comes from what you and your colleagues type, upload or tap in TSPhq, and from the app itself as you use it. TSPhq does not use your location, does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not show ads. Your information is not sold.
How it is used
Only to run The Styling Project's work: jobs, photos, files, messages, agendas, to-dos and alerts between staff. Staff see the company's jobs and the chats they belong to. Administrators also manage accounts and invitations.
Camera and photos
TSPhq asks to use your camera or photo library only when you choose to take a photo, add one from your library, or save one. You can say no and still use the app, and change your choice at any time in your iPhone's Settings.
Notifications
Notifications are optional and the app works without them. You can turn them off at any time in My Profile, or in your iPhone's Settings.
Who else handles it
TSPhq runs on these services, which store or process information to run the app:
- Supabase: the database, sign-in and app functions
- Vercel: hosting the web app
- Cloudflare: photo and file storage
- Resend: sending emails
- Apple: iPhone notifications and the App Store
- Google Maps Platform: address search and map images
- PropRadar: property information for job addresses
Some of these services are based overseas or use servers overseas, in the United States and Japan, and store or process information there. Any service that handles TSPhq's information must protect it to the same or equal standard as this policy.
Seeing, correcting or removing your information
To see or correct the information held about you, ask your company administrator or contact The Styling Project below.
To delete your account, open My Profile in TSPhq, tap "Request account deletion" on the "Delete your account" card and confirm with your password. You don't need to contact anyone.
Your company's administrators are told about your request and one of them completes the deletion within 30 days. Until then your account works as normal and you can withdraw the request with "Cancel request". When the deletion is complete you will get an email confirming it.
If you are your company's only administrator, someone else must be made an administrator before you can request deletion.
When your account is deleted, these are deleted:
- Your email address and password, so the account can never sign in again.
- Your phone number, date of birth, home address and emergency contact.
- Your photo.
- Your job title, staff type and pay rate.
- Your notifications and your notification settings.
- The codes that let TSPhq send alerts to your browser or iPhone.
- Which part of the app you had open, when you were last active and which posts, messages and alerts you had read.
You are also taken out of every chat.
The jobs, photos, files, messages and their attachments, agendas, to-dos, comments and forms you added stay as The Styling Project's business records. So does the record of changes you made. Your name on those records is replaced with "Former staff member", and you no longer appear in the company's team list. Names that anyone typed into a form or a message stay as typed.
The services listed under "Who else handles it" keep their own records, such as sign-in, email and notification logs, for their own periods. Deleting your account in TSPhq does not remove those.
Deleting is not the same as removing. An administrator can remove an account: it can no longer sign in, but its details stay and an administrator can switch it back on. A deleted account cannot be restored. If you come back, a new invitation creates a new account.
Your information is kept while The Styling Project uses TSPhq, unless you ask for your account to be deleted. To stop notifications at any time, see Notifications above.
Privacy complaints
To complain about how your information is handled, contact The Styling Project below; it will look into it and reply to you. If you are not satisfied with the reply, you may be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
